Fitness Buddy

Fitness Buddy is a great app for all the body builders out there.  It can also be a start up for some people who just want to pack on some muscles or just lose some weight.  For a meager $0.99, you can do exercises for every part of you body.  There are exercises for:

  • Core
  • Lower Body
  • Chest
  • Shoulders
  • Back
  • Arms
I really like this app because they have different levels of workouts.  There is a:

  1. Beginner
  2. Intermediate
  3. Advanced
  4. Expert
There are also many other categories of workout, such as Female Oriented and Bodyweight Only (No Weights).  This is a great way to get up on that horse and start fresh.  I guarantee that you'll be looking lean and fit within just a few weeks!
